EU Law will require all  rental property in England and Wales to have an EPC from October 2008. This will be needed for any property before it can be let to any prospective tenant.

As the demand may be high it may be in your interest to stop any delay in this process.

The EPC will be valid for 10 years, so why not get it done now?
