The information contained in this website will help your understanding of the Home Information Pack (HIP) and the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Licensed and insured with Elmhurst, all Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) are CRB checked and carry a photo ID card. Landlords will get the EPC in less than 24 hours. From 1 October 2008 EPCs will be required for all rented properties. The Landlord is responsible for making the EPC available. More information on the Landlords page.

Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) are approved to provide Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). All documents in the HIP are search code and HIP code compliant.
